about me
I'm just a good ol country boy at 37 who moved off to the UK to get married, settle down, and be happy...but it didn't work out. I've been here for 6 years now and turning a negative into a positive... I've made a few friends which is always good, and I've certainly learned some valuable lessons here, and though i'm only small in a big world, I'm confident, outgoing and learned what it takes to pull thru a rough time.
The things that have helped me to survive and carry on are my family back home, the few friends I have, Country Music and the American rebel in me that refuses to back down. I'm proud of who I am and happy to be me...
I just hope that after all I've seen I may send a message so that all of you back home stand proud, don't just sit back and contently watch things happen to our great nation and don't take the small things for granted. We still have the best nation in the world but the way the world is going the only way it will remain strong and great is for all of us to pull together and fight for what we believe is right. We must also support our troops as they need all the support they can get, whether many of you believe it's right or wrong they are still fighting so that you and I can sleep peacefully at night. Some of you may disagree but just remember, I've lived here and lived back home and can rightfully compare the two...and they are two totally different places. As I said, stand together as one nation and please don't take it for granted what we have. There are 3 kinds of people in the world, Those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what the hell just happened... Which do you want to be?

General
Gunsmithing, have an extended knowledge of firearms, Shooting, Scuba Diving, Falconry, Military Aviation, Country Music, photography, Military History... I hope eventually to get into law enforcement and to be rescue diver certified when I get back home...we'll have to see on that one.
Activities
Work, holiday, work, holiday... Every day when I'm not at work is getting to be a holiday.. :-))

Montgomery Gentry, Johnny Cash are my favorite... country music has carried me through some pretty rough time and kept my spirit lifted up when nothing else would and it has even given me that "motivation" I needed to bounce back and take on life.

Stargate SG1, Discovery, History Channel... Can't bear watching reality tv like big brother, wife swap, and all that... I want to learn things and gain knowledge but don't care about gossip and programs that focus on people that don't have a life
