Even before she was able to articulate a sentence, she was singing along with Carole King’s “I Feel The Earth Move.” She began studying classical voice as a high school freshman with award winning vocal coach at Louisiana College, Loryn Frey. She continued with noted choral producer Richard Gwartney. She sang in several All-State choirs and other elite regional choirs throughout high school. A full vocal scholarship to LSU soon followed, and she continued singing her way through college. After completing her degree at LSU, Courtney moved to Nashville and worked as a Corporate Trust Debt Reorganization Administrator for Deutsche Bank and waited tables at various Nashville restaurants while pursuing her professional singing career. As a model, voice-over talent and on-camera spokesperson for various companies, her radio and television commercials air in regional markets all over the United States.
