Nashville / Hometown; Edon Ohio
Dale Vaughn is a new up and coming male country vocalist from a small town called Edon, Ohio who has temporarily been transplanted in Nashville, Tennessee to finish a highly anticipated CD project. Producer David Norris of Norrisong Productions is just the start of Dale's all-star team. With "A" list songs and song writers as well as musicians, David is compiling an absolute best of the best of Nashville for this project. Jere Carr, Ben Crites and Carrie Hulbert join the team as Dale's photographers and graphic artists with photo shoots recently taken at Andy Grigg's personal residence and the legendary "Loser's Bar and Grill" and Dale's hay field...lol. Jere's resume is very impressive, with such clients as Garth Brooks, Montgomery Gentry, and Shania Twain. Ben and Carrie both hale from Northern Ohio and are handling this project with kit gloves they also will be adding the "Northern" perspective to the project. Ben and Carrie have toiled endlessly over the project striving for nothing less than excellence as Jere overlooks the final print stages. Also, credit has to be given to singer, song writer,Jack Clayton,for his unofficial coaching and advice as well as friendship. Dale's musicians have been selected as well as the studio. The studio selected for this project is the World Famous "Tracking Room" in the heart of Nashville. You can find them at www.thetrackingroomstudio.com. The musicians selected are indeed a "Dream Team" of Nashville. On drums, Owen Hale, who has played for Lynyrd Skynyrd, George Strait, Patty Loveless as well as countless others. On piano and B3,former "Toto" band member Buddy Hyatt. Playing the fiddle, acoustic guitar, banjo, and mandolin is Joe Spivey. Joe has played for John Anderson and is one of Nashville's most sought after session musicians. On the bass guitar and acting band leader is Jim Hyatt. Jim is also the editor of "Bass Frontiers" magazine. On electric guitar is none other than Danny Parks. Among the artists he's played and recorded with are George Jones, Mel Tillis, Brooks & Dunn, Dickie Betts, Toby Keith, Sammy Kershaw, Darryl Singletary, The Amazing Rhythm Aces, and Ween. On steel guitarand dobro, another of Nashville's best,Scotty Sanders. The tracking engineer for Dale's project will be Kelly Schoenfeld who has worked with Sarah Evans and countless others. The mixing engineer is none other than Grammy Award winner,Eric Legg. Studio pictures and cuts are soon to be posted to this site so stay tuned and see this absolutely amazing dream team in action. Finally nearing completion Dale's long awaited cd release should be ready to market by November......keep your fingers crossed! RVR
