Sarah grew up about half her life in Tennessee and the rest in PA... a true Pennsyl-see girl. She started doing live performances at small local restaurants and clubs in PA. While in the Pittsburgh area she crossed paths with Walt Maddox of the Marcels. She recorded a full ten song CD in 2007 including 3 original tunes. In July of 2007 Sarah won the PA State title for the Colgate Country Showdown. The local radio stations fell in love with her. They now play her songs on a regular basis. Throughout the year she sang the National anthem including: the Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins, the North Washington Rodeo (the biggest rodeo this side of Mississippi), the Big Butler Parade, and many other places. She also recorded the Pittsburgh Steelers fight song "Men of Steel"!! Sarah has been doing extensive touring doing over a hundred shows in 2007 and more than 150 in 2008. She decided that she wanted to push her career further and made the move to Nashville, TN in April 2008. In Nashville she recorded 10 new songs and her first single called “Don’t Count Tomorrow” got national attention and radio airplay! The second single "Walkin on the Blue Side" is currently 122 on Billboard music row charts!! Sarah is currently doing radio tours and in studio working on some Christmas recordings! The one thing Sarah is most passionate about is doing the best show and having fun with her audience. “I feel the most comfortable and at home on stage performing - it's my happy place” www.sarahwilsonsings.com www.myspace.com/sarahwilsonsings14
