Patients who have received a QuickPayPortal bill can send an online payment that is quick and easy at www.quickpayportal.com The online site is available to patients who use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it's free. There are no charges for paying your bill through the service.
Paying online is not a requirement for patients because they can send payments by mail or by phone. You must use the phone number or address on your bill to resend your payment. These other options take longer to process your payment, so you should keep this in mind when making your payment.
On your statement, it is recommended that you pay online because your payments are posted on the same day and credited to your account as long as you pay by the due date each day. Payments can be made from any computer or mobile device that has an Internet connection and a web browser.
When patients visit the fast payment gateway, they will need to have their 15-digit QuickPay code handy to enter it in the corresponding field on the home page. The code is easily recognized on your statement. The next step is to press Select to go to the next screen. You will be connected to view your billing information, including the date of the statement, the patient's account number, and the amount owed.
You will have the option to pay your bill through credit card or bank check. If you pay by bank check, you must enter your bank routing number and your current bank account number to get the payment.
